Linoleum Floors - Glossary

Linoleum Floors - Linoleum is made from solidified linseed oil, which comes from the flax plant.
Additional ingredients include wood dust, resins, and ground limestone which are mixed together and set over
a canvas backing. Mineral pigments supply the rich colors. Some manufacturers attach a high performance
coating to improve the floor's ability to resist stains and scratching, and to make clean-up easier.
